Putting our community first

Michelle is running for Grand Prairie City Council fueled by her genuine concern for our community. No hidden agenda or ulterior motives, her commitment lies in ensuring that as we experience growth, expansion, and prosperity, no one is overlooked. Michelle envisions a city that harnesses its resources to benefit both the emerging developments and the well-established neighborhoods. Bringing people together, respecting differences and working toward  common goals will make Grand Prairie a community everyone is proud to call home.

“When I moved to Grand Prairie with my infant son, I knew I wanted it to be safe for him to play outside. People would drive down our street way too fast, making it scary for our neighborhood kids to play outside. So I talked to my neighbors and went door to door gathering signatures to petition for speed bumps – and we got them. Speed bumps were the answer then, but today I can see that there are far more needs that reach beyond my neighborhood and I am ready to get to work.”
